Do not underestimate the woman at this store! I came in Saturday to have my battery tested and was told it was bad, so I purchased a new one. After getting the same results with my car, I had both the old and new batteries independently tested. Both batteries were good. When I returned, Kiara retested the battery multiple times, showed me the results, and explained how the earlier test could have incorrectly shown a bad battery.
