I really enjoy going to this AutoZone! AJ is always so helpful and really knows his stuff. Highly recommend this location in North Olmsted. Don't go down the street to the "other auto parts store ".
Absolutely the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced at AutoZone in North Olmsted. One employee in particular was beyond disrespectful, clearly showing favoritism toward certain customers while completely ignoring others who were waiting first. The way people are treated in that store honestly comes across as racist and discriminatory. If zero stars was an option, that would be my choice. The employees at the North Olmsted location should find another job. When I walked in, I heard one of them say, "here comes a live one." I'm not sure if they were referring to me being black or not. I told the other one that appeared from the back that I needed a screwdriver to get the rusted screws out of my license plate holder so I could replace them to change the temp tag and I needed new ones.
