I specifically came here to get a new battery for my key fob because they always offer to replace it. They told me they no longer replace the batteries (which is just honestly so annoying) so I bought the batteries anyway but looked up the price on Amazon after leaving and they are charging 5-6x the amount Amazon charges for the same batteries. For that price they should at least replace the battery for me.. it’s the only reason I come here! I will just order online and save my time and money next time.
I had a great experience at AutoZone, thanks especially to Chris and Joe. Chris is a newer employee, and he went above and beyond to help me replace the battery in my truck. He took the time to walk through the process, was extremely pleasant and professional, and did a great job from start to finish.
