Went in to Whitemarsh island store for a cabin filter. Ms. Gonzalez was rude and unhelpful. She said I needed to go write down my vin number to get a quote. I told her my year, make, model, 2WD. She said she couldn’t help me. If Gary hadn’t come over and tell her he would help me (which he did), I would have left and never come back. I will look for Gary next time and if he’s not there, I’ll go elsewhere.
