Walked in with no greeting. No one asked to help. When i went to stand in line i was told “the self check out is over there”. I had no idea the screen not attached to the pinpad was integrated into it. Not to mention its to the left of the pad, so if youre looking down at the pad the screen is barely in your periphery. I was then spoken to like i was a dunce bc i was unfamiliar with this illogical set up. Very very poor customer service. Multiple time I've entered the store with no one it shopping got my item and went to the register. I was told to wait despite having the clerk next to me on the computer and another employee stocking the shelves. I waited for 5 mins before leaving empty handed because they wouldn't check me out. Also the clerks will forget about your phone calls and leave you on hold . Not to mention the clerks in their working barely have any understanding of basic car parts.
I had a great experience at AutoZone Auto Parts! Tyrone did an amazing job removing and installing the battery in my car. He was professional, efficient, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. I really appreciate his excellent customer service and willingness to help.
