Needing a new battery, AutoZone immediately came to mind. I arrived at the Hickory Flat location about 20 minutes before closing and told the employee I was 90% sure my battery needed replacing. He immediately began sighing and acting annoyed at the idea of installing a battery so close to closing time. After testing and confirming that the battery did, in fact, need to be replaced, he told me to come back in the morning. Really? Amazing guys and great service. Purchased car battery for my 2016 Chevy Cruz. They don’t try to upsell or anything and gave real advise about which battery to buy. I’m coming back here for my auto needs.
I went in today with a dead car battery. Skylar was super helpful! He tested and confirmed that my battery needed to be replaced. Then he explained my replacement options and installed my new battery. I was in and out in no time! Highly recommended this location!
