Huge shoutout to the AutoZone team for amazing service last night! We needed a new battery for our Santa Fe, and the guy who checked me out said, “I’ll change it.” After ringing me up, he jokingly told his coworker, “Can you install it? I need to go to the bathroom really bad!” Even with that, the team jumped into action, removed the old battery, and installed the new one—fast, professional, and without complaint. Fantastic service and a great experience!
Needed two batteries replaced in each of our cars in a very rainy and messy day. Velton was really helpful and so nice! Service was great and he ensured the rain to make it happen!! Excellent service!
Needing a new battery, AutoZone immediately came to mind. I arrived at the Hickory Flat location about 20 minutes before closing and told the employee I was 90% sure my battery needed replacing. He immediately began sighing and acting annoyed at the idea of installing a battery so close to closing time. After testing and confirming that the battery did, in fact, need to be replaced, he told me to come back in the morning. Really?
