My wife went to the store at 5301 College Rd in Wilmington with battery issues. Once they determined that they could not help her at all because of having a newer car, they completed ignored her and left her stranded there. A number of associates walked by and did not acknowledge her, when asked if she could get a jump from their jump box, an associate was told her it "was broken" and that the manager said they needed to stop helping her.
