Eddie helped me with a concern and was extremely knowledgeable and seemed genuinely concerned about me and my car concerns. What a wonderful sight to experience such great customer service!!!
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from Nyeisha ! I went in for oil and a filter and was talked to extremely rude and disrespectfully, until the point I had to leave the store without getting what I came for. This woman Nyeisha should not hold a job of any type that has to deal with the public . The other employees were helpful but I did not feel comfortable walking back in, she kept staring me down, raised her hands and said “what you gonna do”.. completely unprovoked, unprofessional behavior.
