Went for an oil change and tire rotation at BSI in Wilmington they broke off a wheel stud and didn't do anything about it wasn't going to ! Without charging me extra fortunately AutoZone had the replacement and matching lug nut
Poor excuse for customer service this afternoon, if you hate your job that much to be like that towards a customer, please change occupancy.

I stopped in because my wind shield wiper had snapped. A nice person snapped it back in place. Sometime when things aren’t going great a small jester means a lot. Thank you
Johnathan instructed me on how to change an alternator and I was able to do it in the parking lot. Very good customer service and very helpful.
