This Auto Zone is great! My car wouldn’t start and I was stranded. They sent a guy named Wada to check my battery and give me a jump. I went to the store and purchased my battery from Juan who took his time installing my battery correctly. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone. Not good on returns
I had a slight windshield wiper emergency on a rainy day on the highway with no idea what to do. Rafael was so professional, he knew exactly what to do and helped me to get back on the road so I could get home safely. I appreciate him so much, he was very busy and still made time to help me out in the rain! Every business needs an employee like Rafael! I will look for him for all of my future auto parts needs.
