The Autozone of hamtramck is hands down the best service I’ve ever encountered and it’s not even close. Friendly, helpful, budget conscious, and timely. Cannot say enough good
Bad customer service
Worst customer service ever. The older lady was extremely rude and appeared racist, especially toward Yemeni and Bengali immigrant customers. She snapped “Can’t you read?” when I asked for help and walked away. At checkout, she gave attitude when I asked about a free filter with oil. When I changed from cash to card, she started cursing me out. No apology, just hostility. Staff needs serious training. I will never return.
