You seriously need to address whoever was answering your phones today, 08/16 at approximately 2:43 PM, because the way we were treated was absolutely unacceptable. We called because we were ready to purchase a car battery and simply wanted to confirm that you had the correct one in stock. The employee asked whether my car was an SE or Sport, and because we weren’t sure, we had to quickly run outside and check. Fred and Luis were super helpful in diagnosing my bad battery and got me exactly what I needed. Excellent customer service.
Fred and Drake were super helpful and guided me to the wipers I needed. Drake even put my wipers on in the rain and I didn't even ask!! I live local and will continue to choose this store! Thank you for the help guys!!!
