Very poor service. They don't help at all. I don't understand how there's a manager who can resolve things for you. When changing a battery, my wife had to take the car apart. I'm giving it one star because it's the only way to get it less.

Horrible Experience, staff are rude and I was being chased around the store like I was stealing. Stuff also are not organized and the place looks filthy.
Not properly organized, wasted time and money for something I was told that was there and it wasn’t. I also was told that they had a refund policy but that was also changed AFTER I made the purchase.
