Customer service is poor in this store. I just went into this store and asked for a particular tool I needed for my car. I asked at the front desk after I've walked the entire store trying to locate it myself. I asked the lady at the front desk, as I should ask for help after I tried helping myself but could find the tool. She said all the tools are in 4. I will never come back to this store. In my neighborhood, customer service is different from this. 9:05 pm poor service
So I went to the store at 9:39, & they wouldn’t let me in stating the store is closed at 9:40. But it clearly shows online that the store closes @10pm. Atleast start closing up at 9:50. Not 9.39/9:40…
Rude, 07/03/2025, workers, managers would see you standing by the counter waiting for help and would totally ignore you, total unmanaged business
