If I could leave a lower review, I absolutely would. Went in buy oil, found it on the shelf with a clearance tag for $40 off. Apparently that oil on the shelf (which matched the tag) was in the wrong spot, and the spot it was supposed to be in was a completely different brand of oil. One of the managers came to “help” and was extremely rude and seemed inconvenienced to have to answer my questions regarding the price. I have never had such bad service at this location. Today, August 12, I suffered from racism from a Hispanic gentleman, perhaps from my same country, because of his accent. I think he is Central American. I think he is the manager because he spoke to me as if he were the owner of the store. He attended me in a horrible way just because I was a woman. He offended me saying that I knew about cars. I came to this location to get an alternator and have received a great service with TIGEST. Anyone can notice her dedication and being determined to help customers with their needs. I was impressed by her ability to listen and came up with solutions. Which is hard to find in today's customer service. Great location with great service!!

I know nothing about cars beyond basic common sense. The staff here are kind, patient, and professional. Corey was able to help me right away, identified what I needed, and installed it. I am very grateful! As a bonus the staff clearly had friendly rapport with some of their regulars and it was a welcoming environment while I waited with my children.
