Recommend avoiding this due to the homeless encampment being literally 20’ away. This is unsafe and Charlottesville has failed to address it.
I had a problem with a battery bought a year earlier at different AZ location. It turned out I was sold a wrong battery which was the reason it got weak way too quick. Christina and Angel, who were behind the counter the day I came, were extremely helpful and kind. They explained everything, helped to choose a right battery, and helped me to make a return of my old one. Come to get for a part that another store had looked up and told us it was at this store we went there and the young man acted like he didn’t want to look it up and just said oh we don’t have the part not very happy with the service he acted like he was in a hurry because it was almost time to go home I guess rediculous
