I brought in a catch pan to get used oil recycled. I told the guy multiple times to let me do it myself and he made a scene about it being their policy that they have to do it. Well he did it wrong and i have to clean his mess. The associate didnt empty the pan fully and when i was driving home it leaked in my car.
Was a bit nervous to come out. My windshield wipers were broken, a piece of one and so I needed to replace them. Oh my goodness the variety is overwhelming but huge shoutout to Lenny! Was kind in explaining his recommendations and explaining how easy it is to replace on my car. 10/10 would return because of him.
They didn't really help me with my battery problem and sent me to Costco for windshield wipers. I felt blown off the whole time.
