Had a great experience there. Matt went above and beyond helping me change my battery. Instead of sending me on my way he asked me to drive around a bit and come back to double check if my alternator was good. Totally didnt have to do that but I appreciate them going the extra mile. On top of that, it seems like they really try to help you get exactly what you need instead of selling you the highest priced option. Thanks guys.
I had such an amazing experience at this AutoZone. My car wouldn’t start, and I wasn’t sure if it was the battery or the starter or possibly even my alternator. The entire team at AutoZone was beyond helpful. Matt came out to test my battery and let me know my battery was old and it needed to be replaced. When I later found out my starter was also going bad, they walked me through the options and made sure I got the exact part my vehicle needed. Stopped in at Autozone at about 7300 N. Division in Spokane, WA to see about new headlights. Matthew was awesome, We discussed which would work best and I bought them. AND Then he even came out and installed them for me. Awesome guy and amazing customer service. Highly recommend
They have good inventory, but good lord make sure YOU know what part you need because they blindly trust whatever a they see first. Got told the wrong bulb twice before i looked it up myself to stop wasting trips and my time
