I live nearby and often come to AutoZone whenever I need something for my car. They’re usually busy, but today the line was especially long. When it was finally my turn, Jason Hutchinson was incredibly helpful. He replaced my car battery quickly and professionally. He also noticed that my brake fluid was almost empty and recommended that I get it changed, which I wasn’t even aware of. They had what I needed for a good price but it took half an hour to get the parts I preordered. There were 3 customers and at least 5 employees working when I walked in. By the time I got to the register there was a line to the door. The service is here is always really slow and the employees have no sense of urgency.

This store used to have excellent customer service, but unfortunately, the experience has changed recently. The staff seem unwilling to help customers and often come across as unhappy or uninterested in their jobs. This is one of the busiest locations, so good customer service is especially important. I hope management will take this feedback seriously, look into what is happening, and work to improve the customer experience. Customers deserve to feel welcomed, respected, and supported when they shop here.
