Got the help I needed, the site is always clean, and the staff was attentive.
The selection of parts at AutoZone is quite good, and the staff are generally helpful when you need assistance. However, I've experienced a few long wait times during peak hours which can be a bit frustrating. Overall, it's a decent place to find what you need for your vehicle.
Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable, two guys that work here can give can give wise advice to get just about any project completed i highly recommend shopping here.
Manager doesn't like to follow the stores actual policy's on returns. Says yea he'll do his job right. Then 5 min later after I thought he was doing the return comes back and says he can't do my return? Brand new in the box. But didn't have the receipt and for some reason it wasn't under my phone number. Matter o fact the phone number wasn't even under my name either! Not my fault!
