If I could give 10 stars I would I went into AutoZone in white center today for the first time in 2 years. I left due to the previous manager for her rude and snooty behavior. I walked into AutoZone and was greeted with a smile and welcome in. I explained that my car was dead a few blocks down and needed to purchase a battery, CJ assisted me and finding the correct battery for my car. Workers are rude I handed a worker my diagnostic test and said I needed this he got mad at me for handing him the paper am I not supposed to give them the paper I’m confused? He had switch out for another person to help me like what did I do wrong? Never going back!
Excellent customer service.
Jimmie was awesome. Helped us clean and change the car battery. Amazing help. Highly recommend.
