9/28 After calling the store and speaking with a very helpful young lady on the phone to find out if my battery or starter was going out she suggested I come in and they will test both. My boyfriend went in and talked to the assistant manager Ron Lewis who informed him he didn’t have time and to go to Firestone. After he came out telling me this I went in and explained everything to Eric McCullar. He came out tested both and informed me the battery was bad. He did apologize for his manager.
