The employee Heather, LITTERALLY doesn't know what a tow hitch is. Then hung up on me. Wouldn't let me speak to Anyone else. Useless employee.
This is my favorite auto parts store, by far. I routinely purchase parts, car fluids, filter and accessories, and rent tools. After so many years, it is nice to feel welcomed and familiar with the great folks who work there. They are always willing to help and have encouraged and supported me in all my DIY car maintenance projects. On my last visit they surprised me with a 10% courtesy discount on a purchase of a jug of motor oil. Thank you!
