Dakota helped me today I was so disappointed instead of listening to what my requests were he tried to say my mechanic was probably wrong and on and on just wasting time I felt like it was a oxygen sensor and after we got the results it was! He was extremely annoying almost argumentative

Very helpful staff, found what i needed quickly, scanned it and I bought it at walmart. Staff is great but always check Walmart first because the tail light bulb i needed was 4 dollars cheaper.

I have gone into the store in person on two separate occasions. item shows in stock at their location per website and was told it can’t be physically located. Was instructed to drive 30 minutes away to pick up item at another Autozone. Counterman didn’t bother asking other employees hiding in the back for assistance locating item.
