I have gone into the store in person on two separate occasions. item shows in stock at their location per website and was told it can’t be physically located. Was instructed to drive 30 minutes away to pick up item at another Autozone. Counterman didn’t bother asking other employees hiding in the back for assistance locating item.
Just had a fantastic experience at this location. The fuse for my headlights blew while I was flying down the I-5. Deme(sp?) was so helpful in assisting with the situation. Ended up needing new headlights too. They even helped me install everything. Fantastic customer service. Knowledgable. Turned a really bad situation around for me, and got me back on the road. Couldn’t be more appreciative!
I was helped by a young man named dakota and I had a bunch of issues with my car and he told me everything that I would need to know and got me the best deals for what I needed. Will be coming in again
So I went to purchase something here and the guy working there wouldn't return it and proceed to get very aggressive and yelling at me. On top of that I later realized I could get the parts for half the price online.
