This morning we were heading out from Maple Valley to Boise, ID for a funeral, only to find our battery dead. Charged it enough to get to the store where Randy S. explained the differences in batteries and then installed it, with a bit of help from us. Then he helped identify and replace some corroded fuses. Randy, thanks for your expertise and helpfulness in getting us back on the road in a timely fashion!
I was just in the the store and was asking for help getting a fuse kit for my car! The guy told me they don't have that information and asked what the problem was. I explained my power outlet and wiper fluid is not working and I wanted a kit to see if it was a fuse problem before I do anything else! He was rude and when I got a attitude and when I was walking out he told me they aren't a repair shop! I didn't ask him to do anything but help me get the right fuse kit because there are so many! Friendly staff found the bulb I needed and sold it to me.
I had a problem with my turn signal and Hunter was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I will keep coming here for my auto needs
