Poly C yells at women in front of children when his ego is bruised because he can’t replace a battery in a key fob. When I asked for an incidental card IN CASE it is in fact broken, he began yelling at me saying he didn’t break it. My child was present the entire time, this man was shaking and having a meltdown. I wanted to share a disappointing experience I had today at the Maple Valley AutoZone. I stopped in to have the battery changed in my key fob, something I’ve had done at this location quickly and without issue in the past. Today I was assisted by Poly C. During the process, he opened the face of my key in a way that he later acknowledged it was not supposed to be opened. I had an issue with an online order, and online Customer Support told me to visit a local AutoZone to resolve it.
