I came in on a Sunday having a problem with my battery. Josh and Zack were incredibly helpful getting me diagnosed correctly and back on the road. They had everything I needed in stock but the real shout out goes to the employees who's knowledge and awesome service made a huge difference. Total pros!
Aberdeen, WA store. I called and talked to Samantha I believe. I told her exactly what I needed, I even repeated myself multiple times. I even called back a couple times just to make sure we were on the same page. Well.....I went to go pick up my part and I only recieved HALF of it. This is REDICULOUS and not okay.
