Short on parts, and staff wasn't very helpful, or knowledgeable. Sorry guys.
My daughter had a check engine light on and came in for help. Aiden was amazing and helped her diagnose the issue and make sure she bought the correct parts. He is extremely knowledgeable and super willing to help which seems to be rare these days. Thank you a million for your service.
Gilbert helped me. I bought the part and asked if he could help me put it in. No hesitation! See my father would have been my person I would have asked for help. He is no longer with us but Gilbert gave the father experience. Thank you Gilbert for your kindness. You didn’t have to help me but you did. I’d like to think maybe my father was there with me. You are kind just like he was.
Called about renting a tool on Saturday afternoon. Was told to call back Monday and talk to a manager who “knows what that is”. Lol, hWhat?
My car was missing one of the bolts for the clutch master cylinder so I called and told the guy the approximate length and thread pitch of the bolt and he found the perfect ones for me first try and for a decent price! I am very pleased with the experience and the customer service which is a refreshing change of pace from what I have dealt with at many other auto parts stores so if you are looking for a car part and are in the Burlington area I strongly suggest this store.
