The employee gave me a discount on my birthday [please don't fire them]
I started talking to one of the employees on the front desk and we got interrupted by the manager that took over. He was extremely rude, didn't answer the questions I asked, told me not to worry about it, sold me the wrong parts, add items that I didn't asked for and that wasn't necessary. And once we came back to change it he became angry at us and didn't wanted to change it, if it wasn't for one of the employees to stop it and to help us he wouldn't have changed it, by far the wrong person in the wrong position.
