This AutoZone location is excellent. Honestly they are the representation of what customer care is. The manager along with all the employees were very kind, friendly and really supportive. Not only did I witness this with myself but with about 4 different customers. I literally saw the satisfaction from each one of the customers and their amazement at how helpful they were. I placed an order for in store pick up at 2:23 pm on 10/17/2025 order number 201660570390 totaling $ 389.28 Went into store to pick up order , never received any update on my end. While both employees were sitting playing on their phones due to no other customers in at that time I was greeted and I said hi I am here to pick up my parts I ordered gave my name and she told me oh I had to order your parts from our lynnwood store due to only having 1 spark plug in their store out of my whole of 8 items.
