Editing this review on 8-27-2025 I would give 6 stars out of 5!!! Wow what consistency!!! I am treated like royalty every time I come to this autozone. This time I had a dead battery and Effren went above and beyond, he even changed it for me!! He could see that I was having a bad day and gave me such great customer service, hell there was a regular customer there and it really had that family vibe as the regular customer also came over to help. These guys literally go above and beyond this is probably the best experience I've ever had in the automotive industry, ever.
The manager is truly an angel. after my car died in front of the cemetery where I was burying my 27 yo son who passed unexpectedly of an aneurysm, my sons car died and I had to get a battery to get to the viewing. He also helped replace my bf sons car a week prior. to help me in my greatest time of need when it was 116 out and also fix my broken hood meant so much to me. he should be promoted to regional manager in light of his empathy compassion and skill.
