Excellent service
Segundo and Eli were SO helpful. The bearings blew up and destroyed the wheel hub on our trailer and both had to be replaced. Segundo looked at the trailer and gave us tips. He and Eli were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Excellent customer service!!!!! We are SO grateful for their help. Saved us lots of money and time!!!
Stopped with my boyfriend, which is black to get help to change my light. Segundo helped me if thats what you want to call it. He acted like I was irritating him by asking for help and said he couldnt help us. Then I watched him run out to help a Latino male. I don't want it to sound racist but that's how I felt watching him fix a light after he told me he didn't have time to do mine. I went to O'Reilly's and they did it with no problems. Feeling discriminated against I will never recommend this location to anyone!
This is a shout out to the store manager! Wednesday night, in the middle of a rain storm, 15 minutes before closing, we had to stop at the store because I broke the windshield wiper blade during the rain storm. He came out look to see what was going on. He and my husband went back in and bought a new blade. He came out put it on in the pouring rain!! That is service! Thank you so much for doing that.
