Old lady with white hair doesn’t remember stuff from 2 hours ago, claims she didn’t sell me a item i wanted to return, keeps saying she didn’t sell it to me, and she searches it up and what do u know? It says i bought it two hours ago lol. Will find anything to make a problem

...random set of individuals who have absolutely no idea what they're doing...tried twice to get a quick diagnostic....first time they just handed me the device and walked away. Today a kid w a terrible attitude came out, couldn't figure out where the fuse box was (under the steering wheel where most are) tried three times and couldn't figure out how to do it...told him forget it...hire people that know what they're doing. Ty
