While this location has 5/5 service. Autozone.com and the stores ...... their flagrant lying about inventory has soured me completely on the company. Always call to ask about inventory, they don't care about the time, mileage, and gas you are wasting.
Needed some oil and cleaning supplies. They had just what I wanted to do the job. Helpful employees who asked me what I wanted when I walked into the store.
I visited this AutoZone in the middle of June when my trucks brakes went out. My caliper blew and I needed to do a full brake replacement in the parking lot. I believe it was Donna who helped, she provided all of the tools, rags, and jacks we needed and luckily they had all of the parts too! They also have a nice tree on the side of the parking lot to work under. Thanks to the staff and I personally couldn’t recommend this location enough!
Poor customer service have called looking for parts and no one would answer the phone. I have gone in on several occasions and have heard the manager using inappropriate language towards her employees. The same nice young man is always moving never rude but there is a couple others that will sit on a stool playing on their phones or some kind of game. Would not recommend this location
