The auto zone store in Westminster said they carried the battery that my son's car needed, so we went over to purchase it. It turns out it was wrong battery, even after we clarified that his vehicle was a manual transmission they gave us a battery for an automatic transmission. The sales rep was rude and failed to convince me why that the Ozram brand ( of lesser price) HID light bulb was the content from a Sylvania box ( higher price) . He took another Sylvania box still with an Ozram brand in it. I asked if the two companies merged, he couldn't say anything. You all need to be extra careful in buying from Autozone. Something is just not right!

Service is terrible only 2 of the workers there , should actually keep their jobs , they have the security guard looking up parts. You're in line for at least 15 minutes waiting to check out.

THIS PLACE FUCKING SUCKS run off a job to grab some zip ties (literally such a transaction should have taken less than a minute) yet spent 20 MINUTES in line while three-four employees fucked around in the back joking with one another leaving only two cashiers up front who were busy looking up parts for customers leaving myself and five others to wait in line i get you need to help people but holy shit DELEGATE! ONE person to help with parts, and ONE person to ring up quick sales when you're even slightly busy
