Horrible customer service! Bought a battery for a car with a BAD battery yesterday. There was “nobody working who could install it”, told to return today. Nobody there again who could do it. This is part of the battery purchase!!! And battery was $235. Go to a dealer instead. Better service and prices!!!!!
They've been saying they're "getting the code reader tomorrow, with their next shipment, etc" for the past 3 weeks. Between my boyfriend & I we've been in there 4 times, & all anyone has is excuses.
