They need more staff. No one can come out and help so don’t think you’re getting anything fixed if they have to come outside even though that’s part of the job. Also, no one cares if someone cuts in front of you in the line. Go somewhere else to get help.
I had a very disappointing customer service experience at this location today. When I first entered the store, I was assisted by a taller employee who came across as rushed, dismissive, and uninterested in helping me. I had to replace my battery 4 times It keeps testing good when I get the battery checked But its dead and I just replaced it 2 weeks ago Even when I turned the key in the ignition Nothing comes on There batteries suck !!!! Poor quality Luck 🤞 I gave it 1 star at all
