Stefan helped me replace my battery. He had excellent advice. I’m in town for a wedding and I’m able to make it there on time thanks to Stefan! I appreciate your good service.
Stefan is the best! I was having trouble with my car key, and he went out of his way to ensure it was working properly. He even searched for the right batteries to fix it. If he hadn't done that, I'm not sure what I would have done. I truly appreciate Stefan's help!
I came to the Brooklyn center location and I was greeted by Jesse he made sure all my questions were answered trust me there were a lot . He was very patient , friendly and efficient! Now he knows how to treat a customer !! I have had my share of bad experiences with staff not wanting to help me or just point me to the middle of store and me having to figure it out . so I appreciate him for providing me with excellent customer service and I definitely recommend this location I will be back !! He’s your guy!!
And once again and try to come in here for parts and they're closed doors locked nobody picks up the phone. This is by far one of the worst AutoZone in Minnesota.
