Horrible customer service, they helped us being lazy nor communicating with us nothing nice and just poor communication, within boys and women it was a horrible experience.
Steven was wonderful at store 3774. We had to replace the battery on our van, and he was incredibly helpful. We had to add shims to tighten the battery and he found the supplies and helped us put them on. Tested our systems as well. He did it all with a great attitude. Above and beyond service.
The service is terrible, the dark-skinned guy who served us is too lazy, and I wasn't surprised at all, I bought a battery because my car wouldn't start, they're supposed to change it, and how am I going to change it there if I don't have any tools? I bought the battery and I had to install it myself, with a good man who was there who decided to help me. It's not possible for these things to happen, they should do something about it.
