Multiple employees in store wandering around doing nothing, one trying to serve customers, 5 plus people in line consistently, I recommend avoiding this store. Large amount of waste oil on side walk at entrance. Regional leadership should stop by and review.
Just witnessed an employee walk out, manager following behind him.. desperately trying to apologize because "it was just a joke that went too far". You all might want to have a chat with the manager
