Great customer service experience! Didn’t get the part I needed, but the store manager Sia L. went above and beyond to help me find it. It was an item that none of the AutoZone’s carried nor the competing auto parts stores, but she was able to find one and secure it for me at a nearby dealership. Kajaun was very helpful with finding a gas cap and windshield wipers to fit our car and even helped put the windshield wipers on!
My car was completely dead with a battery that would not take a jump. Sia went out of her way to get me the battery I needed and then came and replaced it for me at no extra charge. She is a rock star and had the old battery out and new battery in in under 15 minutes. Mechanic wanted to charge me a minimum $75 labor to do the same. Sia was helpful, professional, kind and more than adept from the moment we spoke on the phone to completion of my battery installation. I will recommend this store and Sia to everyone!!
