GIVE JAMIN A RAISE!!!! Helped me out swapping this complicated battery on a a newer jeep explained and advocated me on how to do it. All of the guys are doing great job but Jamian knows what he is doing!
Update the hours on Google Maps so you don’t shut the door in peoples faces then laugh. They closed at 9:00pm instead of 10:00pm like Google Maps says.
MAXX IS AWESOME!! I was having some trouble getting my Bosch wipers onto my bmw 328i. The minute I walked in, he took over the job and completed it in less than 5 mins, with a pleasant smile on his face. I appreciate auto zone for training him with great customer service
Talon at AutoZone was awesome. My battery was heavily corroded and he spent about 30 minutes helping me get everything sorted out. He kept a great attitude the whole time, was knowledgeable, funny, and genuinely went above and beyond to help. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. Thanks again, Talon!
