Derrick was GREAT! I needed new brakes and wasn’t sure how the process went with the lifetime. So, I called the Bessemer location where I originally purchased them from and was speaking with the rudest individual (some female on 8/20/25) you could imagine. I eventually contacted the location on Montgomery HWY in Hoover and spoke with Derrick.
