Watched and heard employees talk about the store manager leaving hours early on multiple occasions leaving the employees to stay later so they don’t leave one person alone. It’s ridiculous how this store is ran. The associates are always friendly and get my parts but Daniel (I think his name is) has always pushed me to the side and made other associates help me out.
I always receive excellent customer service at AutoZone on S. Irby. I want to give a special shoutout to the gentleman, Demetrius. I went there this past Sunday 8/23 to get my battery checked, and come to find out, I needed a new battery. Even though he was on break, Demetrius sacrificed some of his break time to put in my new battery. Not only that, he gave me a chair so I could sit inside out of the heat while he put the battery in.
