Poor customer service. I went in for a simple tool rental and it took 30 minutes to get out the door. The staff is unprofessional and not very knowledgeable or helpful at all, even in regards to their own inventory and rental tools. One sales associate tried to tell me they didn't have a particular tool for rental and that I would have to buy it, even though their tool rental sheets specifically said they had those as available to rent.
