No I don't know if y'all company or do y'all have the right to send you to another store when you're trying to do a return to a store that's closer to you. This the second time this has happened to me already had to go out my way to get it because they didn't have it at my local store so now that I need to return it I need to go drive way back out the way just to do a return because she said she don't have the cash everybody's coming to her store to do return. Got told I could not change a light bulb in the parking lot and then the lady called someone and read out my license plate and said I can’t do that in the parking lot. But a guy is in the parking lot putting antifreeze in his car, which is considered a hazardous material.
Love this Location will continue to return whenever I need help on my car. The team was very informative.
I needed a battery at 8:15 am and they weren't open. The posted opening time online and in store was 7:30 am. I took my business elsewhere.
