Shout out to Rex for helping me out. Not only did he check my battery and find out it needed to be replaced, he also found out it was covered under a warranty, replaced it for me, and talked through some important information to keep in mind if I ever need to get to the battery myself (since it isn’t in the typical car location). I was getting a part and I was next in line to be checked out. The Manager was standing next to the sales associate at the register not doing anything. Instead of saying I'll take you over here sir or did you need anymore help with anything he began staring at me then said "What's your problem!" The manager said that! The last HR seminar I attended talking to a customer that way is absolutely unacceptable! I will never go back.
