Just wanted to show my appreciation for the wonderful service I was given by Mr. Jose. I needed a new battery, and one of the terminal clamps was stuck on the post. Mr. José went above and beyond to get the old battery disconnected. As hard as he struggled, I feel anyone else would have given up and sent me to a mechanic, but he insisted on helping me. Thank you to Auto zone for offering these services, and a big thank you to Mr. José for delivering the best customer service I've received in a long time!
was very please, was running behind cause of my battery issue, STOPPED in at the new location in Gretna, LA. managers name IS Ethan (think that's it, wore glasses) had old battery tested and new one installed in less than 10 mins.. Friendly and Very Quick!!!! Made it to class across the river for 8:01 AM:) THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO BE LATE BUT MADE IT JUST ON TIME
