Got the Brake light YES
At this particular site, I rebuilt the transmission on my car in their parking lot and it took me about 5 weeks. The fact that they allowed me to do that just prove that this site cares about their customers, then again, I was buying stuff from them constantly throughout my routine there, but it's cool that they got to know me.
I didn't catch his name but the nice young gentleman with the longer hair tested my battery and then replaced it for me when it ended up being bad. I've never had a negative experience at this store. They've always let me borrow tools when needed and have been happy to help. Huge kudos to the staff at this location.💕
Ive never been a fan of autozone. The staff is usually not interested in helping anybody and never seems to fix any issues. I had visited the location on northwest expressway yesterday and the kid who helped me was not helpful at all. I went to the location on 122nd and Rockwell and that locations staff was worse. I came back to the one on northwest expressway, praying on the way and Charles was awesome! He was so helpful and fixed my issue.
