I was passing through from Memphis to West Helena Arkansas and my battery light came on. After I checked out a few things I knew I needed some meter readings on my battery and alternator. Cody helped me out w this stuff and was a helpful fellow. When I asked about the O'Reilly's across the road he said he really liked where he was working. It showed. Thanks Cody!
Unprofessional. I go there to simply get brake lights and to get them put on. When I get there I hear workers in the back gossiping talking about who looks better than who… A older man checks me out but when I ask him to put my lights in he says that they’re having a meeting in the back when I clearly hear every word they’re saying and every bit of it is unprofessional not to mention they’re loud… whole store can hear the conversation. THE BEST FOLKS! They helped me unscrew then re-attach a rusted out car battery holder when I replaced my battery. It was harder work than it should have been, but they persisted until the job was done right. Come to these guys and gals if you want good service.
