Gill helped me out at AutoZone today and honestly he was great. He was patient, explained everything without making it complicated, and actually made sure I left knowing what I was doing. Super down-to-earth and just really nice to deal with. Appreciate people like that.

First time I've ever been to an AutoZone in my life where they wouldn't help with me put a product in/on my car. I went in and explained that my AC is cold, but not blowing as cold as before. Not only did the guys not know what AC freeze I should get (and didn't know which product would work with my year/make/model), they wouldn't even come look and told me upfront they couldn't help me with it because their "boss Josh doesn't let them help customers with anything other than testing batteries." Absolutely unhinged.
