Brandon was great. We had an issue with being sold the wrong sized serpentine belt which resulted in us shattering the tensioner trying to get it on, twice. Brandon listened and gave us the correct belt and a new tensioner, no questions asked.
Today we experienced a stressful situation on our way to Logan (from Ogden) for my sons soccer game when our car started to over heat. We called a tow and waited 1.5 hrs after being told it would be a 45 minute wait and after waiting so long in the heat we called a second tow company who showed up within 20 min. After such a rough wait for help we were towed to Autozone. This is the most helpful AutoZone we have ever been to (and we've been to a lot all over the country). Gavin S. helped us diagnose and replace our bad battery and figure out we needed a new starter. Definitely ask for Gavin the next time you're at this AutoZone!
Hayden T was an amazing worker. Excellent you could say. Hayden gets the job done, he cleaned my corroded battery up and checked my alternator with a smile. Needless to say I will be returning with all my auto needs
