The lady was very helpful and kind.
I had a horrible experience here. Have never had a poor one at AutoZone before. Was talked down to hy a female manager who literally banged on her keyboard when I clarified what I was in the store for even though she never asked. I will never go back to this location. I have had positive experiences everywhere else but a manager named Pam made me feel less than human with how she spoke to me. I will drive our of the way to another location in the future.
They saved my weekend. Were able to inspect and replace my battery in a friendly and timely fashion.
Clerk wouldn’t come outside to check for the exact size of my passenger side windshield wiper blade. I told her I didn’t want mismatched wiper blades on my 2016 Chevy Colorado truck. The rubber is coming off and I have to drive to Topeka.
