AutoZone held the exact battery part we needed for our subaru. After an issue with same day delivery service, Kathy from this shop was very kind and made sure we got our part, honoring the same day delivery. Big thanks to Kathy!!! She is exemplary, not only showing kindness to us but she also shows great understanding to those who made the mistake. Its rare this day and age to have that level of kindness.
The lady was very helpful and kind.
I had a horrible experience here. Have never had a poor one at AutoZone before. Was talked down to hy a female manager who literally banged on her keyboard when I clarified what I was in the store for even though she never asked. I will never go back to this location. I have had positive experiences everywhere else but a manager named Pam made me feel less than human with how she spoke to me. I will drive our of the way to another location in the future.
