Slowest customer service I’ve seen since the last auto parts store I visited.
Lori is a hardworking, knowledgeable employee! We suddenly needed to replace the two batteries in our Ram 2500. Lori tested and verified that one battery was shot but since we're on a cross country trip we knew we had to replace both. Lori removed the old ones and installed the new batteries...all in 90+ heat!! That lady rocks!!
