I stopped at auto zone while traveling from Arkansas to Arizona because I had an oil leak overnight in Albuquerque. Michael gave me wonderful service! He came out and checked my oil, helped me find the right oil to purchase and even filled the tank for me! I felt very welcomed and like Michael cared and took time so we would have a safe trip on to Phoenix…I drove away feeling confident my car was ready for the days drive. I would highly recommend stopping at this auto zone for any simple fix car issues and ask for Michael!
Very friendly and helpful. Helped me replace my wiper blades. I'm glad they are my neighborhood business.
Battery stopped working on Saturday morning and Michael was a great help to get me in and out with a new battery quickly!
I walked in with my battery. Waited around for service and was ignored. Called the manager. She was unapologetic because there were only 2 staff. I explained that it wasn't busy this afternoon and was treated like I was invisible. She hung up on me. There was more than 2 staff by the way. Horrible customer service. I will make sure to tell my friends and family not to shop at AutoZone ever again. I think she said her name was Esmy? I had to ask her name twice. She mumbled it. Never again.
Needed a better quality tire gauge because our dog chewed up our plastic one. Found one with help from an employee.
