My battery died. I went there early in the morning in the rain. They helped me right away. Unfortunately, my car does require a factory reset so they were unable to install the battery. The nice employee gave me a jump and provided a close-by recommendation where I could get this completed. So friendly, quick, knowledgeable!!
AutoZone just gained a loyal customer thanks to Jeremiah Hurst. I’ve been dealing with my wife’s POS 2022 Jeep Compass intermittently not starting. Took the main battery and the auxiliary battery to NAPA and they told me the main battery just needed to be charged and the auxiliary battery was good. The jeep ran fine for about a week and then started acting up again.
