Service was excellent. Jeremy is a great employee. Such a nice young man. He put my mind at ease. Fixed the problem in no time. He was polite and respectful. A breath of fresh air . He needs to be recognized for his service .
Went into store looking two products. Was greeted very professionally by employee. He asked me " anything I can help you find" i said sure. Where is your valve grinding compound (lapping paist)? He says I'm not sure let me ask my manager. Manager comes over and says can I help you. I said I am looking for valve grinding compound (lapping past) . He says sir I have never heard of that. Wouldn’t even give one star. Worst service ever!! Everytime I go here no one will help you with anything. There just lazy and want to get a paycheck. Not sure why people who don’t know nothing about cars work at a part store. Will never go here again! Everytime I go it’s the worse experience ever!!
